Publication ethics

Editorial board of the scientific journal of the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenova is committed to promoting the highest standards of ethical publishing standards established by the international academic community and preventing any violations of these standards both in her work and during her work.

The following are the principles set out for those involved in the publishing process.

  1. Ethical guidelines for authors

To ensure the integrity of scientific research, authors must adhere to international standards of scientific publications.

When submitting an article for publication in the Yessenov Science Journal, the author must ensure that the article is original, that is, it has not been previously published in another source in its current or similar form; that the article has not been transferred to other publishers; that all possible conflicts of interest related to copyright and publication of the article have been resolved. In particular, translations into other languages of already published articles are not accepted.

  1. Ethical guidelines for reviewers

Peer review plays an important role in ensuring the integrity of scientific papers. All reviewers must adhere to certain basic principles and standards during the peer review process in the publication of the study.

1.1. Reviewers should make objective judgments;

1.2. Peer-reviewed articles should be treated confidentially;

1.3. Reviewers are selected in such a way that there is no conflict of interest in relation to the research.

1.4. The Editorial board maintains the anonymity of the reviewers and promotes the publication of corrections.

  1. Ethical guidelines for editors

The editorial board and editors of the Yessenov Science Journal should follow an editorial policy that guarantees the integrity of the research manuscript.

1.1. Perform their duties in a balanced, objective manner, without any discrimination based on gender, ethnic or geographical origin of the authors.

1.2. To make a decision on the acceptance or rejection of an article for publication only on the basis of the importance, originality and relevance of the research for the journal.

1.3. Follow reasonable procedures in case of ethical or conflict complaints.

1.4. Respect the author and his article, try to delve into his plans, requirements and wishes, try to creatively support the author.
