In particular, translations into other languages of already published articles are not accepted.

Peer review plays an important role in ensuring the integrity of scientific papers. All reviewers must adhere to certain basic principles and standards during the peer review process in the publication of the study.
1.1. Reviewers should make objective judgments;

1.3. Reviewers are selected in such a way that there is no conflict of interest in relation to the research.
