Abstract. Unjustified enrichment is an institution of arousal, according to which a person who has received the property itself or benefits at the expense of another person without a legitimate reason is obliged to return this property or compensate for its value. This principle is based on the idea of justice and the prevention of unjustified increase in the welfare of one person at the expense of another.
